Each paid plan includes a monthly sales volume (GMV). If your sales go above it, a small overage percentage applies to the extra amount — or you can upgrade to the next plan to get a higher limit.تشمل كل خطة مدفوعة حجم مبيعات شهريًا محدّدًا. إذا تجاوزت مبيعاتك هذا الحد، تُطبَّق نسبة إضافية صغيرة على المبلغ الزائد، أو يمكنك الترقية إلى الخطة التالية للحصول على حد أعلى.
Yes. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle and may require your monthly sales to be within the lower plan’s limit.نعم، يسري الانتقال إلى خطة أقل من دورة الفوترة التالية، وقد يتطلب أن تكون مبيعاتك الشهرية ضمن حد الخطة الأقل.
Our commission structure is based on the GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) included in each plan.
Bronze Plan: There are no fixed subscription fees and no included GMV allowance, so you only pay a commission on your transactions.
Silver, Gold and Platinum: You pay a fixed subscription fee that includes a specific GMV allowance.
If your GMV exceeds the included limit, commission is charged only on the amount exceeding that limit, not on your total GMV.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, taking into account any minimum commitment on your plan.
